Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days.
Requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered for cancellation.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you do not wish to keep the product after dispatch, you may accept the delivery and raise a return request in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Approval will be subject to the conditions mentioned in that policy.
Cash on Delivery Order Cancellations
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of the COD option for future purchases.
Prepaid Order Refunds
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds generally reflect within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
sjshopper reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
Product being out of stock or discontinued.
Incomplete, incorrect, or invalid delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders flagged as suspicious or high risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection systems.
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been received.
