How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas can take slightly longer. -
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on eligible orders. Any applicable charges, if required, are clearly shown at checkout before payment. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for select pin codes. -
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. -
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your order in real time. -
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. -
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval. -
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8 to 15 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer. -
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Without video proof, we won’t be able to process a replacement or refund. -
