  1. How long does delivery take?

    Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas can take slightly longer.

  2. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping across India on eligible orders. Any applicable charges, if required, are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for select pin codes.

  4. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

    Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

  5. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

  6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Yes, orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  7. What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.

  8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8 to 15 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

  9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

    Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Without video proof, we won’t be able to process a replacement or refund.
